We are happy to offer a complete online booking system with a printable contract. Simply click on the link below and you will be taken to an easy to fill out form. Once submitted, it will take that information and place it within our contract. You may then print and sign the contract. Then just mail it to us along with your reservation fee.
The date availability checker is updated daily, but we recommend calling or e-mailing us to confirm date availability before sending in your reservation fee. Dates are reserved on a first contract received basis. If you call and let us know that you’re sending in your contract, we will put a 10 day block on the date so that no one else can reserve it. If we have not received your reservation fee within 10 days, the date will be available to anyone.
To make the process quicker, simply make your reservation fee by credit card using our PayPal link. (You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.) Once you’ve made your credit card payment, simply send us the signed contract.
Upon receipt of both the contract and reservation fee, we will send you a signed copy of the contract, a receipt for your reservation fee and a wedding planner sheet. |
